SMART MARKETING
Before I became a Realtor, for fifteen years I owned and ran a marketing and advertising business, specializing in start-ups, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. We handled everything from brochures to newsletters to press releases to web sites to magazine and newspaper advertising to special events. I realize the importance of effective marketing!

I developed my Smart Marketing process to effectively and completely market your home to a targeted group of Buyers. I tailor this process to your particular home and your particular situation...that's why it's called Smart Marketing. There is no more complete or unique marketing process offered by any Realtor in the Atlanta area. Smart Marketing involves, but is not limited to, the following elements:

  • Professional staging for your home to best show off its unique merits
  • Multiple photographs of your home displayed for targeted agents and buyers
  • E-mails sent to area agents promoting your home
  • Exposure for your home on multiple websites, including my own
  • Targeted print advertising in newspapers and magazines
  • Effective networking with top area agents, including preview luncheons for agents
  • Regular communication with you, the seller
I often comment that being an effective Realtor is less about real estate...and more about people. I am respected and interact well with the Atlanta real estate community. I know how to target and reach the category of Buyer who will be interested in your home. Every home is different...every Seller is different...every Buyer is different.
