Buying a home may seem to be a daunting prospect at first, but if you take it one step at a time, the pieces all fall into place rather easily. If you have any questions while reading or implementing this information, please contact me. I look forward to working with you!

Step #11—Welcome Home!
Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Now that you have taken ownership of the property you will need set-up your local services such as electricity, cable, and telephone. I can help you coordinate this. I probably already know who the local vendors are for such services as water and electricity, as well as others, so I can help provide you with a list of contacts. Also, you should already be aware of the expenses that are typically associated with owning a home. Neighborhood Association fees, landscaping costs, and annual taxes should be budgeted for throughout the year.
